The Senior FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis to guide strategic and operational decisions.

The Role
The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven analysis to help guide operational and strategic decisions. This position is an integral part of the finance team and will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional business partners to provide meaningful insights. The role is a high-impact individual contributor position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow within the FP&A function.
*Preference will be given to candidates who are located in the Phoenix metropolitan area, but for the right candidate, we will consider remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting:
- Maintain and enhance RevolutionParts’s three-statement financial model
- Maintain a rolling forecast of relevant KPIs and financials
- Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning process
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and enhance management reporting packages, presentations, and dashboards
- Conduct variance analysis on actuals versus budget/forecast and communicate insights
- Support board and investor reporting and presentations
- Decision Support:
- Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytical support for strategic and operational initiatives
- Contribute to financial due diligence and modeling for potential M&A and strategic opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of investment banking, private equity, consulting, and/or FP&A experience
- Advanced financial modeling skills and familiarity with various financial analysis tools and frameworks (e.g., 3 statement models, buy vs. build analysis, DCF/NPV/IRR, sensitivity and scenario analysis)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, experience with financial modeling and reporting tools a plus
- Ability to retrieve, organize, analyze data from multiple sources and produce insightful analysis and recommendations
- Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and project management skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- An understanding of SaaS and/or eCommerce companies
- MBA, CFA, and/or FP&A certifications are a plus
