The Role 

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven analysis to help guide operational and strategic decisions. This position is an integral part of the finance team and will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional business partners to provide meaningful insights. The role is a high-impact individual contributor position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow within the FP&A function.

*Preference will be given to candidates who are located in the Phoenix metropolitan area, but for the right candidate, we will consider remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting:
  • Maintain and enhance RevolutionParts’s three-statement financial model
  • Maintain a rolling forecast of relevant KPIs and financials
  • Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning process

  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and enhance management reporting packages, presentations, and dashboards
  • Conduct variance analysis on actuals versus budget/forecast and communicate insights
  • Support board and investor reporting and presentations

  • Decision Support:
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytical support for strategic and operational initiatives
  • Contribute to financial due diligence and modeling for potential M&A and strategic opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of investment banking, private equity, consulting, and/or FP&A experience
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and familiarity with various financial analysis tools and frameworks (e.g., 3 statement models, buy vs. build analysis, DCF/NPV/IRR, sensitivity and scenario analysis)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, experience with financial modeling and reporting tools a plus
  • Ability to retrieve, organize, analyze data from multiple sources and produce insightful analysis and recommendations
  • Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and project management skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • An understanding of SaaS and/or eCommerce companies
  • MBA, CFA, and/or FP&A certifications are a plus
