The Job/What You'll Do:
Voyant is a global enterprise software provider specializing in modern financial advisor and client interactions, using financial education, complex calculations, and deep personalization as a basis for client engagement. Our clients include many of the world’s leading banks, private banks, wealth management firms, life and annuity companies, and employee benefit providers.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Sales Executive to fuel our continued growth. In this high-impact role, you will lead the full sales cycle—identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with large enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions that meet complex client needs and deliver lasting value.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities across financial institutions and large organizations
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts and grow existing relationships
- Engage C-level and senior decision-makers to understand their business objectives and position Voyant as a strategic partner
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-driven sales presentations
- Negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure client success and maximize account growth
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline activity using Salesforce and related sales tools
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and market dynamics
- Strong consultative selling abilities with a client-centric mindset
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $200,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
