Job Description Summary:
The Senior Engineering Analyst will act as primary liaison for clients on engineering tasks, schedules, etc.Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Understand, review, and sort electrical, structural, and civil engineering documentation
Coordinate owner (and owner’s engineer/independent engineer) submittals
Manage project data room (organize, upload/download documents)
Gather owner’s comments and communicate them to engineering partners
Collect and correlate responses to owner’s comments
Review, QC, and comment on engineering deliverables
Organize meetings between SOLV and outside parties
Document key information from meetings
Maintain engineering schedules and deliverables
Communicate project status to clients internal and external for all engineering deliverables
Coordinate design between electrical, structural, civil, HV, and SCADA teams
Manage Permitting
Communicate with AHJs
Handle permit submittals
Track permitting timelines and comment responses
Pay fees
Keep up to date on various projects and track updates
Support engineering and procurement staff
20% travel required
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Solar or Electrical focus preferred)
Ability to multitask and juggle responsibilities
Organized and detail oriented
Proficient in AUTOCAD
Proficient in Microsoft's systems
Be a people person
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to change in a fast paced environment
Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
