Job requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong experience in the Financial Services domain • Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, automation and analytics platforms) to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision-making • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management • Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams • Ability to drive process improvements and support successful project delivery • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels • Critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving Preferred skills • Real Estate industry experience • Ability to work with data/SQL
