Lead client strategy by developing multi-channel media plans, managing client relationships, and overseeing a cross-functional team. Drive campaign success through analysis and strategic recommendations while ensuring account profitability and retention.
The Role
As a Senior Director of Client Strategy (Senior Media Director), you are the primary strategic architect and business lead within the agency, partnering with some of Wpromote’s most significant and complex clients. This role requires a hybrid of account ownership—managing total account health, profitability, and retention—and visionary strategic planning—designing the media mix, partnering with a comms team around audience architecture, and a clear understanding of measurement frameworks that drive enterprise growth.
