We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Brand and Creative to evolve our brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling.
You will lead our brand and creative teams to develop distinctive brand assets and impactful campaigns that build Ibotta's awareness and grow advertising revenue in the CPG industry. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative excellence, and team leadership to drive our brand's impact and growth.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing
Lead development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Ibotta’s business goals and product vision.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals across design, copywriting, video, and motion—fostering a culture of strong concept, craft, and collaboration while ensuring a cohesive brand narrative.
Partner closely with product, analytics, marketing, and leadership teams to drive brand consistency and elevate Ibotta's market presence.
Refresh Ibotta’s B2B brand (Ibotta Performance Network), leading the team through experimentation and iteration to refine brand positioning and voice.
Establish and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of creative output.
Serve as a key brand ambassador internally and externally, articulating brand vision and strategy clearly across all levels of the organization.

What we are looking for
10+ years of experience as a hands-on creative with a proven track record across diverse media (agency and in-house). Experience in-house strongly preferred
5+ years of experience leading brand and creative teams in dynamic, fast-growing companies, ideally with a strong product focus.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and building strong partnerships across the business.
Proven track record developing and executing brand strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Deep expertise across multi-disciplinary creative work with a love for craft and storytelling.
Proven understanding of multi-channel marketing strategy and how to align brand and creative initiatives to business goals.
Confidence in establishing and scaling creative operations and processes in fast-growing environments.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving brand transformation in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Believe in the power of teamwork, transparency, and the notion that a good idea can come from anywhere.

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $160,000 - $200,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
