About the Role 

Medlive is looking for a Senior Digital Marketer to own the channels and data behind our growth: paid media, the corporate website, and the CRM that ties campaign performance back to business results.

Joining the MarComms team, the role will be responsible for deploying data-driven campaigns from strategy to reporting.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and execute paid media strategy across social, search, display, and email to drive client and HCP acquisition and engagement, using AI-assisted workflows when possible.
  • Deliver clear, consistent reporting on OKRs and campaign performance to marketing leadership, calling out the metrics and trends.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance against goals, turning the data into specific recommendations for what to change.
  • Lead corporate website strategy, including SEO and AEO optimization, working with the content associate and design team to keep sites current, on brand, and easy to use.
  • Own the marketing CRM database, expanding and maintaining it with accurate segmentation that supports targeted campaigns and better conversion rates.
  • Document and maintain marketing workflows.

About You 

  • 5–7 years of digital marketing experience, bonus if specialized in B2B client acquisition, with a track record of multi-channel campaign optimization (paid social, search, display, email)
  • Ability to deeply analyze dashboard data to draw clear recommendations for future campaign segmentation, sequencing to improve key KPIs
  • Understanding of strategy and implementation process for SEO/AEO on a B2B website
  • Experience owning or maintaining a CRM database, including audience segmentation
  • Innovative, comfortable testing ideas and iterating based on results
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, and productive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000, determined by relevant experience and prior performance.
