Location: Remote | Full-time | B2B SaaS | Marketing Leadership

As we scale operations across North America and globally, we are looking to strengthen our marketing team with a strategic leader who can drive high-quality lead generation, optimize marketing ROI, and elevate brand visibility.

Role Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a leadership role responsible for managing and executing ArboStar’s paid media strategy, PR and partnership initiatives, and overall marketing campaigns. This role will guide the PPC team, collaborate with sales, product, and operations, and ensure marketing efforts generate high-quality, revenue-oriented results.

This role is ideal for a B2B SaaS marketer with deep PPC experience, conversion optimization expertise, and a strategic mindset who can elevate the team and campaigns to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Leadership

  • Lead paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Capterra, and other B2B channels.

  • Plan and execute search campaigns, paid social campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and display campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline quality.

  • Manage budgets of $20,000+ per month, allocating spend efficiently across campaigns.

  • Mentor and manage PPC specialists, providing guidance, performance reviews, and strategic direction.

  • Analyze campaigns, generate hypotheses for optimization, and implement A/B tests to improve conversions and ROI.

2. Funnel & Lead Quality Optimization

  • Monitor MQL → SQL conversion and collaborate with Sales to ensure campaigns deliver high-intent leads.

  • Adjust targeting, messaging, and campaign structure based on lead quality and conversion metrics.

  • Collaborate with marketing ops or CRM teams to track and report ROI and pipeline impact.

3. PR & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute PR initiatives and partnership campaigns, including collaborations with industry partners, media outlets, and influencers.

  • Support initiatives that increase brand visibility, credibility, and lead generation through external channels.

  • Develop creative campaigns that align with both ArboStar’s and partners’ business goals.
    4. Strategic Collaboration & Analytics

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

  • Supervise creation of marketing briefs and requirements for developers and marketing ops (Google Analytics setup, campaign tracking, marketing integrations).

  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights for leadership, highlighting opportunities for ROI improvement.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, paid media best practices, and B2B SaaS marketing innovations.

  • Introduce new strategies, tools, and processes to improve lead quality, campaign efficiency, and team performance.

  • Develop and implement frameworks for hypothesis testing and continuous optimization.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with extensive experience managing large-scale paid campaigns and/or teams.

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Capterra, and other B2B paid channels.

  • Proven experience in PPC leadership: managing budgets, mentoring team members, and achieving measurable campaign outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, CRO principles, A/B testing, and MQL → SQL metrics.

  • Experience in PR, partnerships, and external communications for B2B audiences.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics, generate hypotheses, and implement improvements.

  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations.

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRMs, and reporting dashboards.

  • English proficiency B2 level or higher.

  • Independent, accountable, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
    Nice to Have

  • Experience in service-based or SaaS industries related to field operations, management, or workflow software.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and campaign tracking integrations.

  • Experience working with external partners and media for B2B lead generation campaigns.
