Job Description

- Responsible for the design, development, and application operation of (cloud-based) IT services. This includes both the development, quality assurance, and maintenance of software developed internally by client, as well as the commissioning and customization of standard software.

- Definition and Monitoring of Compliance with Demand-Oriented SLAs / OLAs and KPIs.

- Responsible for the process and design of how requirement analyses and evaluations of new requirements should be conducted, regularly reviews this and adjusts as necessary.

- Contributes to the system architecture to ensure optimal use of the provided operational platform and cloud services.

- Acts as a point of contact for the relevant application landscape and is externally present. Approaches new tasks and challenges proactively and solution-oriented.

- Promotes knowledge transfer and dissemination through appropriate documentation and sharing (within the company), trains new colleagues, and supports their development.

Qualifications

- Completed technical degree or completed training with a high technical understanding or corresponding professional experience

- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience

- English and Polish (C1)

- At least 1 qualification including certification in the field of DevOps

- Recommended: ITIL4 certification or in a comparable methodology

- K8s good knowledge 

- Observability strong knowledge (observability seeks improvements)

- Grafana, OpenSearch, Prometheus

- ON CALL DUTY
