Overview
We are seeking a Senior Developer (C# / .NET / SQL) to join our team, with a strong emphasis on SQL development and data-driven application work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply with data, complex queries, and backend systems, while also contributing to application development using C# and .NET.
You will be working on designing, building, and optimizing solutions where SQL is a critical component of performance and functionality.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop backend solutions using C# and .NET
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models
- Analyze and improve database performance, indexing, and query execution plans
- Work with large datasets to support reporting, integrations, and business logic
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Contribute to system architecture with a strong focus on data flow and database design
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software development (open to strong 3+ year candidates)
- Some front-end experience (React, Angular, etc.) is preferred but not required
- Strong hands-on SQL expertise (critical requirement):
- Writing complex queries (joins, subqueries, CTEs)
- Performance tuning and optimization
- Stored procedures and database design
- Strong proficiency in:
- C#
- .NET
- Experience working with data-heavy applications or systems
- Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
