About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, creative and results-driven Senior Demand Programs Specialist - Webcasts to join our global acquisition marketing team. In this role, you’ll drive the development and execution of highly-engaging global webcast programs that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute webcast calendar aligned to pipeline goals, ICPs, and revenue targets.

  • Partner with demand gen, ABM, digital and field teams to build multi-channel promotion plans around each event.

  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders – across product, field, channel and customer– to develop high-quality webcast programs that support business goals and align to campaign themes.

  • Plan, coordinate and execute webcasts, including logistics, speaker coordination and preparation, promotions and follow up plans.

  • Develop a bench of subject matter experts (internal and external) that you can leverage as part of your strategy.

  • Define and report on KPIs for every webcast, including leads generated, pipeline influenced, meetings booked, and revenue impact.

  • Ensure all webcasts are tracked end-to-end in CRM and MAP systems (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).

  • Test and iterate on webcast formats, offers, and engagement tactics to improve conversion rates.

  • Work with brand and creative teams to ensure strong visual and brand presence during every webcast.

  • Negotiate and manage the relationship with 3rd party vendors where appropriate, to drive the best investment strategy for the business.

  • Act as the primary liaison to the sales, customer success, channel and sales development teams developing strategies to drive attendance, engagement and value.

Who You Are

  • Proven ability to plan and execute high quality webcasts that drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline,  drive engagement and support revenue goals.

  • Skilled at aligning webcast activity with digital campaigns, ABM plays, and nurture programs to maximize reach and conversion.

  • Experience partnering with SDR, channel and field sales teams to drive pre-webcast outreach and follow-up that leads to meetings and opportunities.

  • Experience collaborating closely with stakeholders across the marketing organization and geographies.

  • Comfortable with marketing and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Splash, Asana) and able to track, attribute, and report on ROI with precision.

  • Able to develop unique experiences and engagement strategies that engage future and existing customers, as well as our partner community.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in B2B event marketing, demand or field marketing — with a proven focus on demand generation.

  • Strong track record of hands-on experience delivering webcasts that generate pipeline, engage target audiences and accelerate revenue.

  • Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and persona-based engagement strategies.

  • Skilled in webinar technology and marketing/sales systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Splash, etc.).

  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and with global stakeholders; and reporting out on results to leadership.

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and optimization.
