About the Role
The Senior Demand Programs Specialist - Sponsorships and National Events leads efforts on driving demand from our national events program and sponsorships. You’ll work closely with sales, brand and creative and the global demand teams to build integrated programs that surround each event with targeted promotion, personalized engagement and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sponsorship and events calendar aligned to pipeline goals, ICPs, and revenue targets.
Partner with demand generation, ABM, and digital teams to build multi-channel promotion plans around each event.
Develop event-specific messaging, nurture journeys, and follow-up tactics tailored to personas and buying stages.
Collaborate with SDRs and sales to support pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
Define and report on KPIs for every event and sponsorship, including leads generated, pipeline influenced, meetings booked, and revenue impact.
Ensure all events are tracked end-to-end in CRM and MAP systems (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
Test and iterate on event formats, offers, and engagement tactics to improve conversion rates.
Work with brand and creative teams to ensure strong visual and verbal brand presence at every event.
Manage external vendors, agencies, and venues to deliver seamless experiences.
Act as the primary liaison to the sales, customer success and sales development teams developing strategies to drive attendance, engagement and value from these investments.
Who You Are
Proven ability to plan and execute events and sponsorships that drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue goals.
Skilled at aligning event activity with digital campaigns, ABM plays, and nurture programs to maximize reach and conversion.
Experience partnering with SDR and sales teams to drive pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up that leads to meetings and opportunities.
Comfortable with marketing and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Splash, Asana) and able to track, attribute, and report on ROI with precision.
Able to develop unique experiences and engagement strategies that stand out in crowded event environments.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of experience in B2B event marketing, sponsorships, demand or field marketing — with a proven focus on demand generation.
Strong track record of delivering events that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and persona-based engagement strategies.
Skilled in event tech, lead capture tools, and marketing/sales systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Splash, etc.).
Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting results to stakeholders and executives.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and optimization.
