We are looking for a mid-level Senior Data Analyst focused on revenue and growth analytics to help us better understand, explain, and optimize how our marketplace and auction systems drive value for brands and consumers.
This role sits at the intersection of data, business, product, and sales. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Data Science to analyze system behavior, evaluate experiments and model changes, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and client-facing conversations. This is a high-impact role for someone who is technically strong, business-oriented, and comfortable communicating insights that directly influence revenue.

What you will do:
- Analyze revenue and growth performance across Nift’s marketplace and auction systems
- Partner with Sales to generate insights that explain auction behavior, pricing dynamics, and performance drivers for brands
- Support Product and Data Science by measuring A/B tests, model calibration changes, and feature launches
- Define, track, and report on core revenue and growth KPIs
- Perform root-cause analysis on performance changes and anomalies
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for internal stakeholders and client-facing use
- Support stakeholder requests with timely, accurate analysis and clear recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trust across all analyses and deliverables
What you need:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analytics role in a production environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Working knowledge of experimentation analysis (A/B tests) and performance measurement
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to perform root-cause analysis
- High business acumen with the ability to understand auction-based systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or analytical concepts to non-technical audiences, including clients
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering
Nice to have:
- Experience with revenue, growth, or marketplace analytics
- Familiarity with auction systems, pricing models, or model calibration concepts
- Experience using Python or R for ad hoc analysis
- Experience supporting client-facing teams with data-driven insights
