Job Requirements
Skills and experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in program management in the software industry.
- Profound experience with SCRUM framework and Agile implementation.
- Proven strong execution skills of large scale, cross functional projects.
- Work independently, take charge and influence program success.
- Demonstrate creative problem solving approach while using data driven analytical thinking.
- Be flexible and be ready to get out of your comfort zone.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English both written and verbal.

Job Responsibilities
- Be part of a multinational group leadership team building a new product within bob.
- Project manage one or more large technical, cross functional projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders to increase transparency and visibility of the projects.
- Use Agile mindset and continuous improvement approach to support and improve the development lifecycle working closely with tech and product teams.
- Continuously find ways to improve the methodologies and processes in R&D looking broadly on the company level.
