About the Role:
Hello Heart is growing and is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data Science and Analytics group, and help drive business decisions across the company. This role will be responsible to update, maintain, and run accurate and innovative client reporting, uncover product and marketing insights, and provide ad-hoc reporting to teams across the entire organization.
This role will have many opportunities to learn and expand data skills by working with our growing data team of analysts, scientists, and engineers. The data team works cross-functionally with the customer success, marketing, finance, product, and sales teams.
Responsibility:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create and present high-quality client reporting presentations for our dozens of F500 clients that highlight Hello Heart’s clinical outcomes, impact, and ROI.
- Summarize and analyze clinical outcomes, features usage, data trends to create innovative and compelling marketing and commercial materials.
- Participate in strategic client meetings as the analytical poc for the account
- Define data collection needed across the functions and systems in the organization to support reporting and analysis.
- Use SQL to update, build, and maintain data pipelines that will help drive business decisions across the GTM organization
The ideal candidate will be:
- A powerhouse data analyst. Data-driven, lives, breathes and dreams data and gets super excited to analyze complex data sets, come up with new insights and solutions that are applicable in business settings.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in utilizing GenAI for improving efficiency in their day to day tasks
- Client facing, and able to present data insights to both technical savvy and other types of clients
- Strong data skills - data hygiene, sanity checks, etc.
- Experienced in value analytics
- Highly independent with strong problem-solving abilities and a go-getter.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Highly organized, able to multitask and easily adapt to change.
- A strong team player that can work with multiple functions within the company.
- Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience with advanced skills in SQL, reporting, data analysis, and/or visualization
- 5+ years of experience with Python for data analytics / data science projects
- 5+ years of experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Professional experience in value analytics and client reporting supporting GTM teams (Sales, Commercial, Customer Success, etc)
Preferred:
- Experience working with medical claims data - Advantage
- Experience working with data pipelines (e.g Apache Airflow, Databricks) - Advantage
- Experience preparing data visualization for executive stakeholders - Advantage
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000.00 to $160,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
