Description

Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Noma is working with the world's most ambitious organizations to usher in the AI future. We are building a security platform designed to help organizations adopt AI and agents at scale. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a rapidly evolving market. At Noma, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Engineer to own the hands-on deployment, integration, and troubleshooting that gets Noma running in production across our enterprise customers’ environments. You’ll partner with the Customer Success Architect and Account Executive on every account, turning scoped use cases into working deployments, owning technical escalations end to end, and building the scripts and patterns the next deployment reuses.
🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Deploy and configure Noma across the full customer surface, including endpoint and MDM (Jamf, Intune), IDE and coding agent hooks, cloud connectors (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks), SaaS integrations, and gateway and runtime deployments.
  • Troubleshoot across endpoint, cloud, identity (IdP/SSO), and networking, often in the same week, and get to root cause wherever the issue lives.
  • Write scripts and build tooling in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, work directly with REST APIs, and stand up infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes inside customer environments.
  • Own technical escalations end to end by reproducing the issue, pulling the logs, and handing R&D a clean, actionable bug report.
  • Integrate Noma into the systems customers already run, including SIEM and SOC alerting, ticketing, CI/CD, and identity providers, so findings land in a named owner’s workflow.
  • Turn one-off fixes into runbooks, scripts, and reusable implementation patterns the rest of the team can deploy.
  • Partner with the Customer Success Architect, Account Executive, Support, Product, and R&D, channeling what you see in the field back into the platform.
  • Help build Customer Engineering from the ground up as one of Noma’s first CEs.

✅ What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on, customer-facing technical experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Tier 3 Support at a cybersecurity vendor (EDR, DLP, CASB/SASE, or similar).
  • Experience deploying security products into enterprise customer environments (required), so your ramp at Noma takes weeks, not months.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash or PowerShell, plus working experience with REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Generalist range across endpoint and MDM, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity (IdP/SSO), and networking, with the judgment to know when to go deep.
  • A proven track record of owning escalations from reproduction to root cause, including log analysis and bug reports engineering can act on immediately.
  • The communication skills to lead technical working sessions with customer engineering and security teams and explain clearly what’s happening and what’s next.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies such as LLM applications, AI agents, coding assistants, and MCP is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where you build the playbook while you run it.

💙 Perks & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Home office setup reimbursement
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Life and accident insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) - We trust you to manage your time
  • A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture
  • A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London
  • Equity options that let you share in Noma's growth and success
