Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for influencers, maintain client relationships, oversee campaign staff, analyze metrics, and innovate content strategies.
As a Senior Creator Program Manager at Vocal Media, you will execute cross-platform influencer campaigns and lead relationships with Vocal's client organizations. Responsibilities
- Independently design, execute, and manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other key platforms on behalf of progressive organizations and candidates
- Manage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress, including preparing for and leading weekly client calls
- Manage 1-3 full-time and/or part-time campaign staff
- Regularly check in with direct reports on their campaigns, including regularly tracking progress to goal, proactively providing feedback, and providing strategic support
- Serve as a strategic subject matter expert to clients on the creator economy and social content strategy
- Establish campaign goals and finalize campaign materials, including creative briefs and other assets
- Analyze campaign metrics and progress to goals, and proactively adjust strategy as needed
- Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients
- Work closely with digital creators to develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirements
- Strategize with colleagues and clients to find new creative tactics to innovate on content, sourcing, and team processes
- Stay up-to-date on current events, trends and news stories as it pertains to key social platforms and the content creation industry, to serve as an expert in strategy conversations with clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation, including: Leading high-touch client management, managing direct reports, and overseeing complex programs with $1M+ budgets
- Passion for intersectional progressive issues and a strong cultural competency
- Deep understanding of an ever-changing social media landscape, particularly as it pertains to growing an online presence, working with content creators, and utilizing trends
- Great organizational & communication skills with a strong commitment to follow-up
- Confident communicator with a client services focus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and strict deadlines
