The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Creative Project Manager to join our creative team. This pivotal role will drive the planning, organization, and day-to-day execution of creative marketing projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with brand objectives, fully visible across the organization, and foster collaboration across the marketing department and with cross-functional partners.
The Senior Creative Project Manager will be instrumental in optimizing workflows for all creative projects, from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include maintaining project management tools (Asana & Notion), managing schedules and content deliverables, and driving overall team efficiency through effective prioritization and communication strategies. This role demands a strong understanding of the creative lifecycle and the ability to articulate goals and objectives clearly. A key focus will be establishing and maintaining organized, trackable solutions for high-volume asset management within Asana.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and project management for significant marketing initiatives across brand, creative, performance, and major product launches.
- Continuously identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and conduct training as needed.
- Support marketing expenses and budgets, assisting with vendor and contractor payments and overall operational management.
- Facilitate clear communication of creative briefs to the internal creative team, addressing any information gaps.
- Coordinate timelines with internal creative staff, proactively addressing and escalating any potential delays or conflicts.
- Serve as a critical bridge for information flow between marketing teams to guarantee the timely and accurate execution of creative deliverables.
- Lead and maintain the creative request process within Asana.
- Initiate and manage creative projects within Asana.
- Evaluate all creative assignment requests for accuracy and clarity.
- Conduct daily reviews of all active projects to ensure progress, awareness of deadlines, and proactive communication with staff regarding status and potential issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for creative roll-out at both project and department levels.
- Create and maintain clear, high-level tracking documentation for each campaign’s deliverables and status.
- Collaborate effectively with art/design, copy, web, content, and video and motion teams to ensure alignment of all creative projects.
- Manage bandwidth expectations of the creative team.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in managing creative resources and day-to-day project management within a fast-paced in-house Marketing/Tech or healthcare environment, including management of creative teams.
- Expert proficiency in Asana & Notion project management tools.
- Extensive knowledge of GSuite collaboration tools (GDrive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics, communication, and scheduling across multiple teams.
- Exceptional ability to establish structure and stability in dynamic environments.
- Strong growth mindset with a demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Highly effective communicator with a proactive approach to engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and professional demeanor with a demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Results-oriented with the ability to take initiative and execute flawlessly within deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging existing and implementing new AI tools to enhance workflow efficiencies for both individual and team productivity.
Base Compensation Range
$120,000 - $135,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
