Senior Content Coordinator
Location: Durango, CO (HQ) / Remote for the right candidate
Reports to: Marketing Director
Content & Social Media Management
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Oversee and manage the creation, scheduling, publishing, and maintenance of social media content across multiple brands.
• Generate high-quality photo, video, and written content aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand standards.
• Monitor online conversations, engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain thoughtful brand interaction.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital content opportunities.
Photography & Creative Production
• Act as the primary point of contact for product photography initiatives involving internal R&D, product management, creative teams, and external vendors.
• Produce and oversee product photography and lifestyle content for social media, eCommerce, retail, and promotional use.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and creators during content shoots and campaign production.
• Perform photo and video editing tasks to enhance and prepare content for various marketing channels.
• Maintain and organize digital assets through internal systems such as GraphicsMaker, RMCF Connect, IFX, and image libraries.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
• Generate reports and dashboards tracking campaign performance, content engagement, team productivity, and social media analytics.
• Track, analyze, and interpret marketing metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and content strategy.
• Assist in managing day-to-day marketing operations under the guidance of the Marketing Director and VP of Marketing.
• Provide creative feedback and direction to design and content teams on ongoing projects.
• Assist with oversight and optimization of social media advertising and search engine marketing spend based on experience level.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with business goals.
• Help guide content creators, freelancers, and creative contributors to maintain brand consistency and content quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute innovative ideas that improve brand presence, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or content production.
- 4+ years of photography and/or videography experience, preferably within CPG, food & beverage, confectionery, retail, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of photography equipment, studio lighting, composition, and post-production editing.
- Experience generating marketing reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar photo/video editing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
PREFERENCE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH:
- Experience overseeing creative projects or leading content teams.
- Copywriting experience for social media, advertising, and brand campaigns.
- Experience with paid social advertising and digital marketing budget management.
- Understanding of eCommerce marketing and digital retail content strategy.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
