Receives, inspects, verifies, labels, scans, stages, and stores inbound raw materials, packaging supplies, and customer returns. The role supports quality control inspections, follows FIFO and bin assignments, reports discrepancies, operates material-handling equipment, and maintains safe, clean warehouse areas. Basic computer, scanner, documentation, lifting, and communication skills are required, with forklift and man-lift certification obtained during employment.

Supports company infrastructure, user accounts, devices, servers, networks, cloud systems, endpoint security, patching, backups, and access controls. Provides frontline help desk assistance for account, printer, hardware, and connectivity issues; maintains POS configurations; documents incidents, runbooks, and knowledge-base materials; and delivers basic technology training. Escalates complex infrastructure, security, ERP, and POS issues to senior staff.
