Teams at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc.

Assist customers with purchases and product sampling, operate POS accurately, take and fulfill orders, stock and rotate inventory, prepare/store-made food per safety standards, maintain store cleanliness, and perform miscellaneous department tasks.

Produce chocolate and confectionery items following recipes and production standards. Support daily production flow, monitor quality, operate equipment safely, follow food-safety and sanitation rules, and communicate with leads to resolve production or ingredient issues.
