We are hiring a Senior Channel Strategy & Analytics Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role requiring a strategic leader who is also deeply committed to delivering results. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer leadership to develop and execute revenue growth strategies, maximizing the flow of qualified small business prospects through our funnel.
The manager in this role will be expected to lead the strategic oversight and performance of the Upper-Mid Funnel. This involves setting the vision for and directly managing key processes like lead prioritization, customer segmentation, and marketing investment optimization. You will partner directly with North America Mobility leadership, Finance, Product, and Data teams to ensure our commercial teams have the operational support, strategic insights, and tooling required to achieve our commercial goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
How you'll make an impact
Define and Own Upper-Mid Funnel Strategy: Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the upper-mid funnel, serving as the primary Commercial Strategy Owner who partners closely with Marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation, quality, and funnel velocity for Small Business (SBS) growth.
Drive Marketing Investment Optimization: Lead the operationalization and ongoing refinement of the Finance-created investment model, using its insights to prioritize and allocate marketing spend across sourcing channels, ensuring optimal budget utilization and maximizing return on spend.
Implement Prospect Prioritization & Routing: Design and execute advanced strategies for lead scoring, prioritization, and routing to ensure high-quality prospects are efficiently matched to the appropriate sales and digital channels.
Develop Customer Segmentation Models: Create and implement customer segmentation models to enhance targeting, personalization, and conversion rates across the upper and mid-funnel customer journey.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Impact: Act as the primary growth owner, partnering closely with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Sales/Servicing teams to define processes and translate strategy into cohesive, actionable operational plans.
Performance Analysis & Insight Generation: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to proactively surface critical insights and resolve systemic bottlenecks and drop-off points.
Oversee End-to-End Program Delivery: Lead complex projects from problem definition and strategic business case development through to implementation and post-launch review, refining strategies based on measurable outcomes.
Experience you’ll bring

Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, & Economics.
Professional Experience: 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in Growth, Business Analysis, or strategic consulting (or similar highly-analytical project-based environment), with a focus on optimizing digital & sales funnels, preferably within FinTech or financial services serving the Small-to-Medium Business (SMB) market.
Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in synthesizing complex data sets and delivering strategic insights that clearly inform and guide senior stakeholders.
Technical Fluency: Proficiency in forecasting models, financial analysis tools, and data visualization concepts. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into structured, executive-level presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint/ Google Slides) to drive alignment and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Mindset: Highly analytical, organized, and systems-oriented; focused on execution and outcomes; proven ability to quickly synthesize information, develop structured hypotheses, and communicate executive-level recommendations.
Results: Proven track record of structuring, leading, and owning complex, ambiguous strategic projects from inception to delivery, and achieving measurable results in a high-growth setting.
