Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex, multi-tier product and service catalog entities following DISH standards and best practices
• Create and present design documents for catalog configuration, including look and feel and configuration standards
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement new products, processes, and changes efficiently
• Provide end-user support, analyze and test catalog integrations, and assist with upgrades and enhancements
• Debug data configuration issues and supply business-requested catalog data insights

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 4+ years of implementation experience in Product and Service catalog configuration

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of protocols such as JSON/XML/XSLT/REST

Preferred Skills:

• Prior telecommunications knowledge
• Prior experience with the Hansen Catalog
• Basic AWS exposure

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $120,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
