Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As a seasoned professional in Marketing Operations, reporting directly to the Director, Marketing Operations, your role will involve hands-on development, implementation and analysis of marketing campaigns.  This includes overseeing campaign flows, crafting emails, creating landing pages, strategizing forms, and conducting tests to optimize program templates. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll establish email marketing best practices and nurture programs across the buyer's journey, streamlining processes and accelerating program execution. 


This role requires a strong blend of analytical skills, campaign management expertise, and a deep understanding of marketing technology and is critical to ensuring our campaigns run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently, while delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Operations:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our campaign operations processes ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Manage campaign workflows, from setup through execution, ensuring all campaigns are launched on time and meet quality standards.
  • Handle various marketing automation requests from internal customers, spanning single emails, multi-step campaigns, webinars, event programs, and database management tasks.
  • Optimize campaign performance by monitoring, testing, and iterating on various elements (e.g., messaging, targeting, channels).
  • Create functional and flexible program templates and scalable strategies for program execution.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time, accurate insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, engagement, pipeline, ARR and ROI.
  • Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across marketing systems.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously assess and refine campaign workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability across the marketing team.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to streamline campaign execution and reporting.
  • Work with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, 6Sense) to ensure proper integration, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.


Key Relationships:

Marketing teams (demand gen, customer marketing, corporate marketing), Sales Operations, Business Development, Leadership


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of SFDC, marketing automation, intent-based data tools, and marketing technologies
  • Advanced campaign operations experience, business acumen, strong technical abilities, and working knowledge of GTM tools (SFDC, 6Sense, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Bizible, Outreach, Drift, Domo, Tableau, etc.)
  • Proven history of crafting, creating, and delivering impactful marketing campaign programs across diverse channels and methods
  • A strong bias for action


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
