The BizOps team is the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and impact. We partner with executives to align goals, clarify priorities, and ensure progress toward Instructure’s most important strategic initiatives.
As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you’ll act as an enterprise problem-solver and operator — translating strategy into execution through structured frameworks, data-driven insights, and disciplined follow-through. You’ll directly own high-priority initiatives and serve as a thought partner to business leaders, helping the company scale its operational excellence and make better, faster decisions.
What You’ll DoOwn strategic initiatives that span functions (e.g., pricing, go-to-market, AI investment governance)
Build quantitative models, dashboards, and frameworks to inform business decisions
Support annual and quarterly planning cycles; lead the analysis, synthesis, and communication of key insights
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to increase speed and efficiency
Partner with the Director and executive sponsors to evolve the company’s operating rhythm (OKRs, QBRs, Growth Council)
Mentor Analysts and Managers; contribute to BizOps best practices and templates
2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations at a SaaS company
Skilled in structuring ambiguous problems, building financial and operational models, and communicating executive-ready insights
Comfortable leading cross-functional workstreams and presenting recommendations to senior leaders
Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
Analytical thinker with a bias for action and accountability
