The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role is responsible for advancing the vision of HR Service & Digital Experience by delivering data-driven insights that simplify, innovate, and improve the experience for core leaders and caregivers. Serves as the analytical backbone of the HR Service & Digital Experience organization—owning critical reporting, ensuring data integrity, and translating complex operational and contractual data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.

Required qualifications:
- 5 years Professional experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, visualization, predictive analytics, or related consultative role.
- 4 years Ability to lead complex projects and solutions demonstrated thought leadership and the business value of solutions in a clear and understandable way.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience
- 2 years Experience using modern visualization and analysis tools or coding languages to manipulate data at scale (e.g. Power BI, Visier, R, Python).
- 2 years Experience in a multi-site healthcare environment and/or business environment.
- 2 years Experience educating others on data analytical techniques and concepts.
