Lead design, configuration, testing, and support of Epic Grand Central and Prelude applications. Define user requirements, troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades/change, mentor staff, coordinate projects, create documentation, and perform on-call/occasional travel to ensure application integrity and service excellence.

Support and implement IS applications for AP Contracts within a multi-facility healthcare organization.
