Designs, operates, and enhances large-scale voice and unified communications services. Provides subject-matter expertise for Avaya/Cisco UC systems, leads resilience modeling, automation of deployments and recoveries, drives metrics-based decisions, supports migrations from legacy PBX to cloud UC, and represents the service in backlog and incident activities. Some travel required.

Lead endpoint digital experience for caregivers by designing telemetry, analytics, and service‑engineering practices across thin/thick clients, virtual desktops, mobile devices and peripherals. Define experience KPIs, build dashboards, partner with clinical and engineering teams, drive automation and zero‑touch provisioning, and improve incident response and reliability while coaching teams and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders.
