About Nuvo

Nuvo is bringing B2B commerce online.

Eight million U.S. businesses trade $11 trillion of physical goods every year and the infrastructure underneath all of it hasn't changed in decades. Credit applications still arrive as PDFs. Payments get chased over email. Disputes get resolved over fax.

Nuvo is fixing that - building the network for physical trade the same way Stripe built the rails for online payments. We have 150,000+ businesses on the network, customers like AutoZone, Great Dane, Rhone, Nestlé, KEEN, and an eight-figure ARR business compounding fast.

We're Series A and just getting started. If you want to get in early enough to actually shape something - this is it.

About the Role

This is a mid-market outbound role. You'll spend 3 to 4 hours a day on the phone and the rest running strategic multi-channel outreach - LinkedIn, email, gifting, handwritten notes, whatever it takes to get in front of a credit or finance leader who wasn't expecting your call. Volume matters. So does creativity.

What makes it different from most BDR roles:

You're selling a real category shift. Nuvo isn't a point solution - we're replacing the way B2B companies onboard customers, extend credit, and manage receivables end to end. Harder sell, incredible value.

The tooling is real. AI-powered account prioritization and contact enrichment so you show up knowing who to call and why. The stack: HubSpot, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, waterfall phone enrichment, Tremendous for gifting, and Claude MCP. No list-building. Just selling.

What We're Looking for

We care more about who you are than what your resume says. You might be a recent grad, a career changer, or someone with a year or two of sales under your belt. What matters is that you're hungry, coachable, and built for this kind of work.

You are:
  • Strong on the phone - confident and engaging even when calling cold
  • Creative: you think about how to reach someone who's hard to get to, and you try things others won't
  • Outcome-driven: meetings booked and pipeline created, not just dials logged
  • Coachable and resilient: rejection doesn't follow you home
  • You might be coming from a BDR or SDR role, sales, recruiting, fundraising, collections, hospitality, athletics - anywhere you've proven you can win in a high-output environment.

Why Denver, Why In-Office

We believe in-office drives better performance, better development, and better coaching - so we're five days a week in Denver.

Our Head of Sales, Sales Manager, and both BDR leaders are here. When you book a meeting, the floor reacts. When you're stuck, you spin your chair and get coached in real time - not in a Slack thread three hours later. The access you get to leadership here would take a week to schedule at a remote company, and that compounds fast when you're early in your career.

We also take care of the team: free lunch daily on DoorDash, a steep monthly budget for team outings, and an office worth actually showing up to.

The Path Forward

We promote from within - BDRs who perform get seen, get coached, and get opportunities.
Everyone who joins gets equity. The people who join now will have shaped how this company sells, who it hires, and how it scales.

Expected OTE Range (base + commission) - $81,000-$95,000 + equity
