What You'll Do:

  • Drafting the initial framework based on the request from the Meeting Managers
  • Work with clients to establish requirements, expectations, key details of meetings
  • Develop and maintain participant lists, compiled from registration website
  • Train planners on registration procedures, and other aspects of the Cvent registration system
  • Develop an attendee management plan for each meeting, and train clients to handle their plans
  • Act as an advisor to senior planners on ways to improve large national or area meetings
  • Work directly with vendors to identify issues of concern, and recommend improvements to the system
  • Connect with event managers and coordinators about the functionalities of Cvent tool in order to gather information on registration site build
  • Initiating and setting up the pre-requisites from the event perspective.
  • Preparing and handling the various communications like Invitations, Reminders, Confirmations, Survey, Broadcast, etc.
  • Leading the end-to-end registration process.
  • Rooming list management
  • Provide on-site support for Meetings & Events and training programs
  • Various type of reports generation as per client requirements
  • Running the mailbox - Answering queries pertaining to registration site, reporting etc
  • Liaise with Cvent team (external) to get queries clarified
  • Gather Meetings & Events related data to Cvent tool

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
