We are hiring a Senior Associate, Product Management- IT Solutions to support the adoption, optimization, and lifecycle management of SaaS productivity tools—specifically Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural. This individual will serve as the junior Product Manager on the Productivity Solutions team, working closely with senior Product Management, Technical Staff, and other stakeholders to drive value from these platforms.
This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role designed for someone with established Microsoft experience and a strong interest in expanding their expertise across other productivity applications.
Key Responsibilities
Application Ownership: Support the management of Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural, including guiding configuration decisions, user support, and vendor coordination.
System Enhancements: Collaborate with senior Product Mgmt to define and implement system enhancements that align with business goals. Proactively manage necessary upgrades and maintenance for existing applications.
User Engagement: Meet with end users to understand needs and translate them into actionable product improvements or support plans.
Training & Enablement: Provide content and support for standard training by our Training team, and lead advanced trainings for power users.
Issue Resolution: Break down and help resolve complex technical issues with technical team and implement quality solutions that meet performance outcomes
Backlog Grooming: Maintain and prioritize tickets & backlogs in ServiceNow and JIRA, ensuring alignment with team goals.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Stakeholder Communication: Oversee communication on tickets and product updates across athenaNation and other internal channels.
Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years in product or project management and support, preferably in the IT domain
Microsoft Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and ecosystem.
Learning Agility: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new applications, including Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural
Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of persistent problem-solving and effective research to resolve challenges, and value delivery through data-driven decisions.
Collaboration: experience with cross-functional teams, a positive attitude, curiosity, and strong attention to detail.
Communication: Clear and confident communicator with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and internal communication platforms

Expected Compensation
$102,000 - $174,000The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum. At athenahealth, base pay depends on multiple factors, including job-related experience, relevant knowledge and skills, how your qualifications compare to others in similar roles, and geographical market rates. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package - depending on role eligibility, we offer both short and long-term incentives by way of an annual discretionary bonus plan, variable compensation plan, and equity plans.
