We`re looking for a proactive Affiliate Manager to join our multinational team remotely.  You take the lead in growing traffic through direct deals with sites and affiliates. This role requires experience in building strong partnerships, optimizing performance, and driving results.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships.
  • Build, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships with affiliates and traffic providers.
  • Optimize affiliate performance and increase conversions.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign results.
  • Recruit, onboard, and guide new affiliates to ensure strong long-term collaboration.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Represent the company at international conferences to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.

About you – preferred requirements for this role :

  • 3-4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital advertising.
  • Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, hunting new sites;
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing affiliates.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
  • Data-driven approach with confidence working with KPIs and reporting. Good Google Sheet knowledge and experience with Google Analytics;
  • Openness to occasional travel for industry events
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with the entertainment industry and advertising network is considered a big plus;
  • Experience with monday.com;
  • Experience with Jira or similar programs.
