At the heart of creative operations, you play a key role in managing and delivering the mandates entrusted to the Creative Direction. As a point of reference for the creative team, you ensure executional rigor and the fulfillment of commitments, while maintaining strong relationships with marketing teams and creative experts. The Creative Direction is an internal team that supports Desjardins’ brands and marketing teams. It brings together expertise in strategy, creation, and production to deliver campaigns, content, and personalized communications that address complex business challenges. Reporting to the Team Leader, Creative Operations Management, you act as a pillar in the execution of large-scale creative projects. You are involved from the moment mandates are received to understand the issues, clarify parameters, structure the execution framework, and support teams through to final delivery. Leveraging your experience and cross-functional leadership, you help structure ways of working, navigate ambiguity, support decision-making, and evolve creative operations. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Structure and optimize processes and tools to ensure efficient, consistent, and well-organized execution of creative projects
Gather, analyze, and clarify stakeholders’ needs to properly frame the creative and production efforts
Advise partners on the best creative approaches (formats, prioritization, feasibility) in collaboration with creative experts
Define project scope (production budgets, deliverables, timelines, constraints) and contribute to the development of briefs
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all stages of creative projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Prepare deliverables trackers, routing sheets, and any other documentation required for creative production and delivery
Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and oversee review cycles and revisions
Oversee production and quality of deliverables, including quality assurance processes and alignment with initial objectives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices by documenting processes and identifying optimization opportunities

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience in advisory service or production within an advertising agency
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking parteners, members and/or clients
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Strong communication expertise to formulate and deliver expert recommendations
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, discuss, and influence within a collaborative, matrix environment
