Develop and maintain personal lines insurance products, rules, and recommended packages. Analyze portfolio risk, monitor book performance and market trends, ensure regulatory compliance and provincial filings, draft and validate insurance wordings, and advise stakeholders. Serve as subject matter expert, coach decision bodies, and collaborate across teams to implement underwriting recommendations and profitability-driven solutions.

Lead data-driven operational improvements across Mail Services, Transactional Printing, and Scanning. Extract and analyze operational data, develop and implement process and equipment optimization plans, support and coordinate project implementation, drive automation and workflow transitions, ensure risk management and compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve performance for the OAW region.

Independently manage a litigation caseload defending auto, accident benefits, bodily injury, commercial lines, property, subrogation and coverage files. Provide liability and quantum assessments, draft opinions/pleadings/motions, conduct Examinations for Discovery, and lead case conferences, LAT hearings, arbitrations and court appearances. Mentor colleagues and contribute to legal knowledge while delivering strong client service.

Deliver performance analysis and insights for OAW business lines: diagnose trends, identify root causes, recommend actions, build and enhance SAS and Power BI reports/dashboards, partner with business teams, present findings to leadership, and improve data management and workflows.
