Job Description

  

Job Summary:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Make sure Financial and Accounting processes are done according to GAAP, local laws, and the Company’s policy.

•    Work with SAP daily.

•    Responsible for accounting activities and reports.

•    Responsible for informing the Finance Controller and SAP team about taxes updates needed to be done in SAP.

•    Support the SAP team in relation to taxes updates.

•    Register finance transactions accurately.

•    Review taxes.

•    Perform account reconciliation activities on a monthly basis.

•    Oversee physical inventory.

•    Work with accounting firm to continually improve processes and decrease double work.

•    Responsible to oversee employee benefits costs.

•    Responsible for reviewing payroll (including vacations, aguinaldo, bonuses, incentives, etc).

•    Work as a backup for other team members.

•    Support annual and SOX audits.

•    Make sure Financial information is kept confidential.

•    Learn the Company’s policy and understand how it works, and make sure people are complying with it.

Job Qualifications: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

•    5+ years of Accounting Experience

•    Experience with accounting in a US Company / USGAAP

•    Experience with SAP

•    Intermediate English
