About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the strategic point of contact for our e-commerce clients. In this role, you’ll bridge client goals with internal execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, performance targets are met, and relationships grow long-term.

You’ll work closely with media buyers, creatives, and strategists to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans that drive measurable revenue growth for our clients. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with performance marketing knowledge and a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of e-commerce client accounts and act as their primary point of contact
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on retention and growth
  • Understand client business models, KPIs, margins, and growth targets
  • Coordinate internal teams to execute campaigns across paid media, creative, email, and other channels
  • Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Monitor campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions quickly
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic roadmaps

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in account management, client success, or marketing strategy (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, email, CRO, etc.)
  • Experience working with e-commerce brands or DTC businesses
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness and results-driven thinking
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and project management systems
  • Fluent English 

Additional details:

  • This is a full-time, remote position
  • The annual compensation range is $65K-85K USD depending on experience
