Overview

  • The Senior Account Manager plays a critical role in managing relationships with brand partners and advertisers on the Nordstrom Media Network. This individual oversees campaign execution, optimizes performance, and ensures client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital media, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
  • We are hiring for two positions within this team: one role will focus on supporting apparel or shoes, and the other will focus on beauty, accessories, or home. Candidates will be considered for both roles.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners across all post-sale relationship management and campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to achieve brand partner business objectives through the Nordstrom Media Network.
  • Coordinate planning, implementation, and tracking of advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign optimizations meet goals established during media planning.
  • Deepen brand partner relationships by communicating campaign performance and optimization opportunities to promote strategic account growth. 
  • Participate in a culture of radical candor and extreme ownership.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Contribute to product development by providing brand partner feedback.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or media sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display, social, search, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on exceeding partner expectations.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. 
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

California: $80,000-$144,000 annually, Colorado: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Connecticut: $69,500-$115,000 annually, D.C.: $80,000-$132,000 annually, Hawaii: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Illinois: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Maryland: $80,000-$132,000 annually, Massachusetts: $80,000-$132,000 annually, Minnesota: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Nevada: $80,000-$132,000 annually, New Jersey: $80,000-$132,000, New York: $80,000-$144,000 annually, Rhode Island: $80,000-$132,000 annually, Washington: $80,000-$132,000 annually
