Senior Account Executive
Core Responsibilities
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities, while also utilizing leads from our marketing efforts.
Achieving or surpassing quota target while contributing to overall company revenue and growth
Spearhead negotiations, address objections, and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company
Conduct product demonstrations onsite or remote (with assistance from our Sales Engineering team) to prospective customers
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better serve clients and strategically position offerings
Maintain, increase and maximize the sales volume of accounts and market share by developing sales strategies for various contacts and prospect using analysis and account penetration strategies
Maintain accurate record keeping of all sales activities in Salesforce and Salesloft.com
Perform in-depth research on the assigned territory, analyzing market conditions, industry trends, customer demographics, and competitor landscape
Coaches junior reps, shares best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is often preferred.
5+ years of inside and outside sales
Technical Skills:
CRM management experience is crucial for managing leads, monitoring sales pipelines, and ensuring accurate customer data, particularly when overseeing multiple high-value accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Understands full product use cases, industry-specific needs
Up to 20% travel may be required
