Position Overview: *Contingent Upon Contract Award* Providing oversight of employees and operations. Ensuring that security functions for the client are performed are performed in consistent manner with the agreed-upon client procedure and protocol, and that all positions and posts are filled in a timely and complete manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing oversight of employees and operations for the specific clients
  • Ensuring that security functions for the client are performed are performed in consistent manner with the agreed-upon client procedure and protocol and that all positions and posts are filled in a timely and complete manner
  • Implementing human resources policies in the area of discipline, motivation, and performance in a consistent and fair manner
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with station reporting requirements, Ensuring that client complaints are handled and resolved in a timely and effective manner and that they are immediately reported to the operations manager
  • Ensuring that any client special requests or additional requirements are responded to and documented in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that all functions are performed in accordance with TSA regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing and ensuring that all security personnel are punctual, professional, and execute all duties in accordance with their job descriptions for all activities at the airport, including terminal, ramp, bag room, aircraft, aircraft search and catering operations of the account(s) to which he or she is assigned
  • Ensuring that all security personnel are in compliance with company uniform and grooming regulations
  • Ensuring that all security personnel have the paperwork and equipment required for the account
  • Ensuring that all documentation required by the client is submitted to the client
  • Reporting any and all incidents and activities of the operation.
Qualifications
  • Strong passion for Aviation and/or Security industry
  • HS Diploma or G.E.D; a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Security Management, or a related field is preferable
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in security supervisory role at DEN or Part 1542 airport or 2 years or experience in regulated security environments
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • Must have great intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across many diverse cultures
  • Willing and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative results
  • Must be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)
  • Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must obtain and maintain throughout course of employment a valid SIDA badge
  • Customer Service experience

Language Skills: English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)
