You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems. You're dependable, committed, and someone your teammates can count on to show up prepared and ready to contribute every day. You communicate with empathy, stay calm under pressure, pay close attention to detail, and are comfortable making thoughtful decisions when every situation doesn't fit neatly into a policy. You know that great customer experiences are built through consistency, teamwork, and a willingness to step in wherever you're needed to support both customers and your team.
As a Seasonal Customer Support Coordinator, you'll be a key member of the Artifact Uprising Customer Experience Team, helping customers through one of our busiest times of the year. You'll spend the majority of your day supporting customers through email and live chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping people create meaningful projects.
Beyond supporting customers, you'll gain hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, support cross-functional Customer Experience initiatives, and learn how a high-performing team delivers exceptional customer experiences at scale.
Please Note: This is a seasonal position beginning on October 19th and ending on January 9th. Team members are expected to work the full duration of the seasonal contract. This role requires a consistent 38-40 hour workweek. Scheduled hours are based on business needs and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours are assigned in advance and are not flexible. Remote team members must have a dedicated workspace and be able to give their full attention to customers and assigned responsibilities throughout every scheduled shift. Team members are responsible for providing their own computer that meets the technical requirements of the role and must have reliable high-speed internet capable of supporting video meetings and cloud-based customer support tools.
Because this role supports our busiest season, we're looking for candidates who are excited to commit to the full seasonal contract and help our team deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
