JOB SUMMARY
This job is responsible for the execution of integrated Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies on various digital products and/or lines of business, markets, or segments to advance business and customer goals. It delivers SEO execution including, but not limited to optimization of existing and new content (metadata, copy, images, etc.) as well as research including, but not limited to keywords, competitive landscape, etc. The role works with marketing strategy, content strategy, copywriters, development, UX, and digital product teams to ensure the delivery of SEO tactics and strategy across digital properties during the content lifecycle.
This role can be hybrid or remote. If you live within 50 miles of an office you are required to be onsite 3 days a week (T, W, Th). Outside of 50 miles will be remote.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes SEO strategies for a digital product or website to support customer and business goals. Helps develop SEO plans optimizing new and existing content.
- Partners with the internal creative agency on content development and SEO requirements for content across the property or site.
- Works with various SEO management tools such as SEO Clarity, Conductor, BrightEdge, Yext, Site Improve, SEMRush, etc.
- Assists with SEO performance reporting on site performance and content engagement trends.
- Works with Google Search Console.
- Works with the enterprise web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey, Tealium.
- Provides input to Content Strategy, UX, and product management on SEO strategy and execution across sites.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field OR relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Required
- 3 years experience as a Search Engine Optimization Analyst
- 3 years experience in Digital Marketing
- 3 years experience in Marketing and Communications

- Professional experience using technology, tools, and AI in a Marketing function.

Pay Range Minimum:
$50,200.00Pay Range Maximum:
$91,200.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
