This role will enable the delivery of advanced AI-enabled products across property, occupier, capital markets, and advisory services.
Operating in a highly matrixed organisation, the Scrum Master will work across multiple business lines with distinct commercial priorities, ensuring agile delivery disciplines are applied pragmatically to drive measurable business outcomes while managing platform and vendor dependencies.

Job Description

Agile Delivery & Execution

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies with a strong emphasis on business value, time-to-market, and adoption

  • Apply agile practices in a flexible manner suited to data-, model-, and platform-dependent delivery

  • Identify, manage, and remove impediments related to data quality, integration with property systems, model readiness, regulatory considerations, and vendor dependencies

Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders across all business functions

  • Navigate competing priorities across revenue-generating and operational teams, enabling clear trade-offs and alignment

  • Translate AI and data delivery constraints into commercially meaningful impacts for business leaders

  • Support Product Owners in shaping and prioritising backlogs aligned to CRE use cases and client outcomes

Third-Party AI Platform & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate delivery with a third-party AI platform provider, ensuring alignment between vendor roadmaps and internal sprint objectives

  • Manage cross-team and vendor dependencies, ensuring external deliverables meet enterprise, data security, and governance standards

Delivery Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide transparent reporting to PM on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple AI initiatives

  • Promote consistent agile delivery practices across teams operating in different regions and business lines

  • Coach teams and stakeholders on agile ways of working in a commercial, client-driven environment

  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tooling, and vendor engagement models

Required Skills & ExperienceEssential
  • Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex digital, data, or analytics solutions

  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies, applied pragmatically in enterprise environments

  • Experience working across multiple business units with competing commercial priorities

  • Proven ability to manage delivery involving third-party technology or platform providers

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable
  • Experience delivering solutions within Commercial Real Estate, PropTech, or adjacent asset-heavy industries

  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or data platforms

  • Understanding of CRE data domains (e.g. property, lease, valuation, market, and financial data)

  • Experience in scaled or federated agile environments

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent)

Key Competencies
  • Commercial mindset with strong delivery discipline

  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, client-focused organisation

  • Confidence managing ambiguity and evolving AI delivery models

  • Strong vendor and dependency management capability

  • Continuous improvement and outcomes-focused leadership
