Summary
The Scoping Analyst directly interfaces with our current and potential customers to determine product delivery strategies. This role works closely with other teams at Workiva to deliver tailored solutions and advise on solutions packaging. Internal teams collaborated with Sales, Subject Matter Experts, Presales Solutions engineers, Solution Architects, Accounting, Legal, and Operations to assemble statements of work for our consulting teams to deliver.
What You'll Do

  • Partner with clients and product specialists to gather all necessary requirements to create and manage the statement of work development process
  • Collaborate with consulting groups on solutions packaging for maximum customer satisfaction and impact
  • May partner with external customers to offer consulting support
  • Develop project estimates by identifying phases and milestones, personnel requirements, and costs
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing consulting service data


What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably within a SAAS environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish


Preferred Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Workiva product suite
  • Understanding of Statements of Work is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
  • The ability to work successfully in a rapidly changing environment is necessary
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Advanced computer technology skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programs
  • Proven problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Skilled at interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards


Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Minimal travel for internal meetings
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office


How You'll Be Rewarded
• Salary range in the US: $61,000.00 - $104,000.00• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
• Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
• 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
