• Set and enforce standardized scheduling practices across the portfolio, including WBS structures, activity coding, calendars, resource conventions, and logic rules.
• Serve as the senior scheduling point of contact for assigned clients and programs.
• Review and approve project level schedules for quality, constructability, and alignment with contract requirements and program objectives.
• Lead baseline development, schedule change analysis, recovery scheduling, and time impact analysis across the portfolio.
• Direct weekly and monthly portfolio reporting, including schedule health metrics, variance analysis, and performance trends.
• Present schedule status, risks, and mitigation strategies to project teams, client leadership, and Stelic leadership.
• Identify critical path trends, near critical activities, and systemic risk drivers across projects, and drive corrective action.
• Perform scenario modeling and what if analysis to evaluate the impact of changes across multiple projects or programs.
• Coordinate schedule development and updates with project managers, engineers, contractors, and project controls staff across programs.
• Mentor schedulers and project controls staff, review their work, and raise the technical standard of the group.
• Build and manage a scheduling team as the portfolio grows, including hiring input, workload assignment, performance feedback, and development planning.
• Support proposals and client pursuits with scheduling approach, staffing plans, and level of effort input.
• Maintain consistent and auditable schedule documentation in accordance with project controls best practices and contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and reporting across Stelic’s portfolio.

Requirements
• 8 to 10+ years of professional scheduling experience on capital projects.
• Data center and civil infrastructure experience preferred, including site development, utilities, roadway, or water and wastewater work.
• Demonstrated experience managing scheduling across multiple concurrent projects or a full program.
• Expert level proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong command of CPM scheduling, schedule logic, critical path analysis, and delay analysis methods.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising schedulers or project controls staff, or clear readiness to move into people management.
• Experience with portfolio level reporting, schedule analytics, and project controls.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain schedule insights, risks, and impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client executives.
• Based in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

Benefits
• Competitive salary.
• Health, dental, and vision coverage.
• 401(k) program.
• PTO and paid holidays.
• Professional development and training support.

• Fully remote, distributed team environment.
• Portfolio-based workload supporting multiple clients and programs.
• High collaboration with client stakeholders, project teams, and internal project controls staff.
• Requires participation in virtual coordination meetings and cross-project reporting cycles.
