Role SummaryDefine architecture, standards, and deliver solutions end to end. This is a hybrid, generalist role that blends core platform design and engineering with hands-on, customer-facing delivery. What You Will Bring
4+ years hands-on SAP engineering (most leads will have 6–10+), with strong ABAP and ABAP OO / modern ABAP skills
S/4HANA migration experience and solid SAP fundamentals including RAP and OData
Solid NetWeaver fundamentals: AS ABAP, Gateway/OData provisioning, transport strategy, performance tuning
SAP BTP familiarity with CAP on Node.js, XSUAA, Destinations, and Fiori expertise
Ability to translate business workflows into scalable, secure, reliable systems
Hands on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support
Ownership mentality, crisp communication, comfortable deciding with 80 percent information
Move fast without breaking things, not afraid to learn new stacks, bring a we will figure it out attitude
You don’t need to be an expert at all but demonstrate strong ability to learn fast and having dedication to your craft is a must.
Direct product and company impact with minimal bureaucracy
High bar for craft, velocity, and pragmatic shipping
Total compensation: $200,000 to $400,000
Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 plus meaningful founding equity
Location: In person, San Francisco Bay Area
