To complement our team in the United States, we are looking for SAP IBP Supply Chain Planning Consultant – S&OP/S&OE (End User Experience)
 
Location: Open to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina
Travel: 50 - 80%

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute day to day S&OP and S&OE planning activities within the weekly and monthly planning cycles using SAP IBP
  • Maintain and monitor demand, supply, and short term response plans
  • Review planning alerts, exceptions, and KPIs to secure service and supply continuity
  • Support regular planning meetings (S&OE, S&OP reviews, escalation forums)
  • Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and commercial stakeholders on planning decisions
  • Support decision making by providing reliable and up to date planning data
  • Act as the operational planning point of contact while the key user is engaged in the project

Your Skills & Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in operational supply chain planning roles
  • Strong hands on experience in S&OP and/or S&OE
  • End user or super user experience in SAP IBP (demand, supply or similar)
  • Experience from a consumer goods environment is a strong plus
  • Structured, reliable, and comfortable working with recurring planning activities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders
