SAP Concur Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for SAP Concur modules (Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice).
• Lead open "office hours" to assist employees with Concur-related inquiries.
• Resolve helpdesk tickets related to SAP Concur in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in support meetings with the District’s Concur systems integrator.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for the Accounts Payable team.
• Provide support for Human Resources/Time Management/Payroll, with a focus on resolving concurrent employment (CE) issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex CE-related problems within SAP.

 Key Requirements:

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in SAP Concur support, including Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.
• Strong understanding of Concur configurations and functionalities.
• Experience resolving helpdesk tickets and providing end-user support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with concurrent1 employment issues within SAP HR/Payroll.  
• Strong preference for those with direct experience resolving issues caused by concurrent employment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Concur certification.
• Experience working in a public sector environment.
