We’re looking for someone who can lead strategically and jump into the code, ensuring the successful implementation of our Salesforce solution for the luxury automotive industry.
Role Requirements
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- OR 5+ years of experience developing high-level Salesforce solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development.
Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to be customer-facing in sales discussions.
- Ability to distill customer requirements into a Salesforce implementation solution.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices.
- Proficiency in various Salesforce tools including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, etc.
- Hands-on experience writing custom, complex, Apex code
- integrating Salesforce with external systems using Apex (inbound and outbound)
- Experience building Lightning Pages, Layouts, and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX and source-driven development using Git for version control.
- Experience building managed packages for AppExchange (2nd generation), strongly preferred.
Desired Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Schedulables, Queueables and Batch Jobs
- Familiarity with Multi-Currency and Multi-Language development
- Familiarity with multi-package development, including multiple packages within one namespace
- Familiarity with the AppExchange publishing process, including using the Partner Community Portal, Partner Business Org, and security review processes.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Automotive Cloud, and how to integrate them together.
Role Responsibilities
- Execute implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Customize Salesforce configurations and develop custom solutions using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, etc.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
- Build and maintain Lightning Pages, Layouts, and Lightning Web Components.
- Utilize Salesforce DX and Git for version control.
- Manage Salesforce administration tasks, including Permissions Sets and Profiles.
- Develop and publish managed packages for the AppExchange.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices.
