Job Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce SME to design, develop, support, and optimize a large-scale Salesforce platform supporting statewide public health programs.
Responsibilities- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and performance issues.
- Design and maintain API integrations, including MuleSoft or similar middleware.
- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing, and version control.
- Implement Salesforce security, governance, and compliance best practices.
- Support platform monitoring, performance optimization, environments, and disaster recovery.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Create technical documentation and mentor internal Salesforce teams.
- Support Salesforce licensing and platform optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
- Advanced skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce security.
- Experience with integrations, CI/CD, Git, and enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments is a plus.
