As a Senior Graphic Designer - Multidisciplinary, you'll bring ideas to life across the full Pluralsight experience: brand, campaigns, web, digital, events, presentations, and motion. You'll choose the approach and medium that best solves each creative problem.

This role blends leadership with craft. You'll set creative direction, mentor other designers, and raise the quality bar for the team, while spending a significant part of your time concepting, designing, and producing work yourself. Everyone on our creative team is a maker. We're looking for someone with exceptional visual taste and conceptual thinking who knows what great looks like and stays curious enough to learn when the work calls for something new. What you'll do

• Concept, art direct, and create work across Pluralsight's marketing, including integrated campaigns, web and landing pages, digital advertising, social, events, presentations, and motion
• Turn marketing strategies, audience insights, and creative briefs into distinctive concepts and polished visual solutions
• Own high-impact projects from first idea to final delivery, setting the visual direction while staying close to the work
• Build and evolve scalable visual systems and templates that keep our brand consistent and leave room for creativity
• Present your concepts and explain the thinking behind your design decisions, connecting them to audience needs and business goals
• Mentor designers and guide agencies and contractors through clear feedback and hands-on collaboration
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer teams, Content, Events, and developers to bring ideas to life

What you'll bring

• An exceptional portfolio that shows strong visual taste, conceptual thinking, and versatility across brand, campaigns, digital, web/UX, presentations, events, motion, or content
• Deep command of design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, color, imagery, and visual storytelling
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus curiosity to learn new tools, including AI-enabled creative workflows
• Strong digital design skills, with an understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and modern web experiences
• Clear, confident communication, with the ability to advocate for creative decisions and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level
• Comfort with ambiguity, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and the judgment to know when a project needs exploration and polish versus speed and iteration

Multi-level Hiring Notice

We are hiring two positions one at a mid-level and one at a senior-level. The title and level for which you will be hired will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Applications submitted to this posting will be evaluated against both levels based on the following minimum experience requirements:

• Mid-Level Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of related experience; or 3+ years of related experience with an advanced degree (Master's/Doctorate).
• Senior-Level Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of related experience; or 5+ years of related experience with an advanced degree (Master's/Doctorate).

• Portfolio required.
• We recognize that years of experience alone do not determine creative ability. Portfolio quality, creative judgment, versatility, craft, and demonstrated impact will be important factors in how we evaluate candidates.
• While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ near Dallas may be required depending on the role and team member location.
• This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Pay transparency

The annual US base salary range for each level is listed below. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.

• Senior-level: $91,200.00 - $120,000.00
